How to return

1. Email hello@wilderpaw.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop the package off at any carrier location.
4. We'll refund your card within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Just let us know — we'll ship the new item out as soon as the original is on its way back.

Condition

Items should be in resellable condition. We understand pets are pets — a few sniffs and curious nibbles won't disqualify your return.
